Weekly Overview

This week is a great one for resting and digesting. Do your best to carve out space in your day-to-day life to actually feel your feelings, process through them, and adapt, evolve, nurture, and care for whatever comes up. Make sure to pay special attention to where your thoughts linger, and do your best to let go of attachments that keep you stuck.

Learning from your past can be really challenging because it takes a good measure of reflection and presence. You have to be present enough to notice patterns repeating and reflective enough to identify your role within those patterns. This week is not a time for you to strive for control or containment. Instead do the inner work of noticing the things that are playing themselves out in your life and extrapolating meaning from it so that you can meet the moment wisely.

If you've taken on or in too much recently, you're likely to be having to deal with consequences this week, Taurus. Your assignment is to seek collaborative ways of coping instead of quick fixes or unnecessarily taking on burdens all by yourself that are actually meant to be shared. Sometimes the best way to love other people and cultivate closeness is by letting them help you when you need it, or even know that you're going through a difficult time. Self-reliance is so important but it's not the same thing as never letting other people get close to you. Open up this week, Taurus.

You are at the end of an important cycle of development and there's so much potential alive in that, Twin Star. The question to ask yourself is not "what should I do?” but instead, "what is true for me, right now?” When you grow and change, you must inevitably go through a period of uncertainty as you try out new things and hang out in the uncertainty of how they will land. Be brave enough to practice new ways of being, this week.

 

As you reflect on what you're feeling, it's important that you tend to the needs of your body, Moonchild. Your assignment this week is to not obsess or indulge in perfectionism, but instead to explore your feelings, your needs, and to reflect on your situation at large. By taking an emotionally informed and grounded approach, you will not only have greater clarity but also greater access to your intuition this week, and that will help both you and your relationships.

Instead of fixating on things, strive to better understand your relationship to them. In other words, this is an important week for boundaries, Leo. This is a time where you may find yourself stressing out. Instead of tapping into your emotions, the wisdom they have to impart, and the important data they can offer, you may be ruminating. Take hold of yourself and get intentional about what you need to do and why so that you can deepen instead of deplete, Leo.

Prioritize your happiness this week, Virgo. There are so many ways that you can choose to be happy – by making important shifts to your attitude, doing things that bring you pleasure, and spending time in places and with people that make you laugh or are life affirming. You can't control how you feel, but you can certainly choose to invest energy and time into people and things that spark joy without needing it to be perfect or even productive.

Don't allow anxieties to derail you this week, Libra. This is a time to gently reflect on what isn't working instead of anxiously projecting about things that are out of your control – which include global events, other people's feelings, and what happens next. 

You may be having a hard time trusting yourself this week, and that can lead to some really sticky feelings and even stickier behaviors. Make sure that the relationship you have with yourself is supportive. In other words, be a friend to yourself as you struggle instead of bullying yourself through whatever comes up. You are changing and it's bound to have its sticky moments and uncomfortable parts. Don't be in such a rush to get past it that you miss out on the learning opportunities, including your chance to let go of unhealthy attachments.

This is a really important time for laying foundations, Sagittarius. You may be feeling frustrated or burnt out this week. If that's so, it's important that you take a big picture view on how you cope with your feelings, needs, and obligations. This is an equally important time to honor your word to others, as it is to honor your word to yourself! Don't throw out one for the other as you navigate through some thorny impulses and tender feelings, Sagittarius.

Ideally speaking, your friendships are life affirming and fun. This week it's important for you to reflect on the state of your friendships, including the one you have with yourself. You don't need to make any major changes just yet, but earnest and honest reflection on what patterns are playing themselves out, what is and isn't working, and the values that have contributed to your own choices and actions is very well-starred, Capricorn.

Your assignment this week is to rise to the occasion. The very things that stress you out and the problems that present themselves to you are the things that need your care, attention and courage, Aquarius. You may be dealing with some stressors that have you in your feelings. While that might not be super fun, it's actually good for you to be brave enough to honor your emotions and learn more about your needs from them. The road to equilibrium is likely to be a little bumpy, but it'll get you there all the same.

You're likely to be having a pretty intense reaction to either something that's happening in your life or your projections into what may possibly happen in the future. Both of these struggles are very real, but they require a different approach to resolving. Identify what's happening in the here and now so that you can figure out what needs to be done to protect you both internally and dynamically in the situations you find yourself in this week, Pisces.
