It's hard to know what's going to come next, and it can trigger some big stressful emotions if you're so pointed towards the future that you feel like you're not stable in the present. This week you have some meaningful choices to make, not just about what you do, but what you focus on. The foundation for your future is laid in the present and very little can be achieved by abandoning accountability to your choices in the here and now. Base it on what you are experiencing and what you know – instead of projections and theories, Aries.

 

If you let your fears hold you back from showing up in relationships in an honest way, you're robbing yourself, Taurus. This week is kicking up the opportunity for some major emotional development. That is not just likely to change you but have a meaningful impact on your connections with others. Do your best to ask yourself the tough questions about how you're showing up and with whom so that you can make sure your relationships reflect your values, and that you are valuing the people in your life in ways that they can feel.

 

The Full Moon in your relationship house on the 31st is meant to agitate dynamics in your relationships. While this isn't necessarily fun or easy, it most certainly reflects back to the state of your unions. Instead of falling into old patterns and narratives, make sure to stay present and really listen to what's coming up inside of you, as well as what other people are telling you they feel and need. Through this kind of exchange, you can create healthier and more sustainable relationships that feel happy to live inside of.

 

 

Navigating in healthy ways around your limitations sounds negative, but it's actually really positive. Thinking about your boundaries in life affirming ways is the healthiest thing you can do this week. When you give yourself permission to function within your capacity, you have more energy to give to tasks, relationships, and don't feel utterly depleted at the end of the day. While it may not be possible to navigate this in all corners of your life this week, it's important to consider where there is room for you to adjust your output to support your interior life, Moonchild.

 

It's hard to know what to focus on when you're feeling emotionally upset, especially in relationship dynamics. This week is not the time for trying to figure out who is at fault, but instead for considering the situations you find yourself in from multiple dynamics. It's very rare that there is one singular truth in a relationship that trumps all other truths. If you can be open to many perspectives, it can help you to have more empathy for all involved, which can make you feel less defensive as you navigate what's best for you, Leo.

 

You've been working hard to make progress in your life, and it is starting to bear fruit, Virgo. Just because the approach you have taken has worked for you up until this point doesn't mean that it is the best approach for you moving forward. In other words, this week it's time for you to reassess your approach and even your goals. Don't be so focused on the outcome that you stop paying attention to the process and whether it's still in alignment for you. Embrace intentional change, Virgo.

 

As big emotions come to the surface with the Full Moon on the 31st, it can help you to be in more authentic contact with yourself, Libra. This is not inherently an easy thing, as you may be consciously or unconsciously avoiding certain emotions that are tricky to deal with. Nurture your emotional life by having kind and authentic conversations with yourself and, if needed, with others this week. This will help you to get right with yourself and help you to feel more free.

 

There's a Full Moon on the 31st  and that always means it's time to let go. The question is whether you're ready to change? There's a huge amount of momentum in your life, but that doesn't mean you're experiencing it in a productive way. If you've been feeling stuck or blocked, it may be because you are not willing to be the change, Scorpio. Don't wait for things to open up for you – do the opening yourself. The best way to start is by letting go of your attachment to how things have been and who you have been within them.

 

There will be a Full Moon in your sign on the 31st and it's meant to be a bit confronting, Sagittarius. Big emotions will come to the surface so that you engage with them honestly. You may be experiencing uncertainty or anxiety, and if that's the case, don't try to figure out why when you're in the throes of those emotions. Instead, use the tools you have to cope with the feelings that you're dealing with. This can be a time when you meaningfully reorient how you cope – rise to the occasion.

The Full Moon on the 31st is likely to kick up big emotions as you are confronted with buried feelings and other difficult to sort through thoughts, sensations and emotions. If you find yourself feeling anxious or low, do your best to explore where you need to take more accountability, or what you can learn from what isn't working or thriving in the way you wish it was. What's hard for you offers great instruction for what needs more attention, action, reflection, or care – it's not an indication of what's wrong with you. The more you're willing to learn from your emotions, the better you'll feel this week, Capricorn.

 

You may be feeling particularly agitated these days and if that's the case, don't worry, you're not alone. The key is to have the emotional chops to be able to sit with your emotions with honest curiosity. This is what empowers you to ask the tough questions and explore the answers that you find – even when the answer is confusion or uncertainty. Information is information and you need more of it in order to determine what's happening for you on the inside so that you can make decisions that support your outsides.

 

The more grounding you create or tap into, the better equipped you'll be to navigate the choices you have to make in the ecosystem of your life. If you haven't been taking care of your tender heart, you are likely to be feeling pretty worked up this week. Take the space and time you need to tend to your emotions, especially if you're feeling chaotic, overwhelmed, or burnt out. Get present, get realistic, and then get to work, Pisces.
