Your anxieties are meant to change you but not in the way that you fear, Aries. This week you have the opportunity to rise to the occasion and seek the truth in the things that are stressing you out. Put those stressful things in a pile, separate from the things that are projections, insecurities, or unknowns. Each of these things requires a different approach and different forms of care from you. Identify where you have some measure of control and focus your energies there, instead of ruminating on the things that are outside of your jurisdiction. It won't magically fix all your worries, but I promise you will feel better.

 

It's the things that aren't working or that generally disappoint you that show you what needs care and attention this week. Allow yourself to feel your feelings so that you can let them inform you. Your assignment is ultimately to identify and uphold healthy boundaries, but without self-awareness this is pretty close to impossible. Don't be in such a rush to sort things out that you don't explore where you're at, what you need, and what your capacity is, Taurus.

 

It's vulnerable to take stock of where you are and get grounded in this moment. You might not associate vulnerability with presence, but in practice it tends to be true. Finding ways of showing up for what is real in the here and now should be your number one priority this week, even and especially when that confronts you with realities that you find challenging to accept or navigate. Showing up for what is real is a practice and not something that you need to feel perfect at, Twin Star.

 

When you've been pushing yourself too hard or processing your emotions carelessly, it inevitably leads to a feeling of overwhelm or burnout that can have a negative impact on so many parts of your life. This week your coping mechanisms are being tested, and within that it's important to pay attention to and be mindful around how you engage with whatever is actively up for you. If you don't, you run the risk of acting out in your relationships and creating secondary but equally important problems to deal with. Prioritize nurturance in all you do, Moonchild.

 

This week you may be feeling frustrated by what you don't know or don't yet understand, and that's totally fair but it's not very useful. If you are looking outside of yourself for answers or validation, you're likely to be feeling particularly at a loss. What you need is a little bit of nurturance and self-care to help you return to yourself. That way you may more easily tap into your own inner wisdom and determine the best approach to what needs care at this time, Leo.

 

You’re going through it right now and it's OK to feel messy and unclear of what to do next. This week the astrology is not leaving you alone. The best thing that you can do is to practice being present for your emotions without trying to make them make sense. Sometimes the best thing you can do is allow things to play out in their own time without intervention from you. Use your precious energy to recover, rest, and release attachments to what no longer serves you, Virgo.

The frustration that you're feeling is real, but emotions are not the same as precognition. In other words, just because you're feeling frustrated in the now doesn't mean that your future is going to be stressful. Do your best to acknowledge what is and isn't working, both in the circumstances of your life and your approach to coping with them. If you allow your fears to dominate your thinking, you'll be missing out on the best parts of what the astrology of this week has to offer you, Libra.

 

The practice of letting go is not one of detracting care but instead retracting your attachments to expectations. Can you be present and invested without attachments? Can you participate in the things that are important to you while remaining open to how they play out, and when? This week there is great energy for you to release resentment, attachment, and other things that keep you bound to what you most want to let go of, Scorpio.

 

If you're feeling burnt out and overwhelmed, you are not alone this week, Sagittarius. You are being tasked with identifying your priorities based on healthy relationships to your responsibilities, goals, and most pressing needs. If you don't have a great grasp on the realities that you are living with, you are likely to find this really stressful and run the risk of slipping into scarcity-based thinking or catastrophizing. Do your best to show up for your needs in a way that reflects who you are and not what you fear.

 

You're changing, and that may inspire you to make some impulsive or ill-considered moves this week. Do your best to sit with your ideas, relationships, and plans just a little longer than you're comfortable with, Capricorn. As you expand your capacity to be emotionally present, you will be rewarded with more nuanced information about how you feel, what you need, and the feelings and needs of others. Don't be in such a rush to change that you don't actually change from the inside out.

 

Strive to be informed and emotionally aligned, Aquarius, because the decisions that you make are really important right now – including the decisions you don't. This is an important time for being clear about what you're doing, and the motivations driving you because you can have a major impact on the world around you, whether you mean to or not. Make sure that your actions are an honest reflection of yourself and your values, Aquarius.

The better thing to do is cultivate acceptance of those feelings so that you may determine what is in alignment for you, based on what you feel, your circumstances, and your access to options.
