Welcome to Ghost of a Podcast. I'm your host, Jessica Lanyadoo. I'm an astrologer, psychic medium, and animal communicator, and I'm going to give you your weekly horoscope and no-bullshit mystical advice for living your very best life.

Welcome back to Ghost of a Podcast. This week, we are looking at the astrology of July 26th through August 1st of 2026. I mean, what can I say? The last two episodes have been extra long because there's been so much happening astrologically. This week is different. It's in some ways less things and in other ways just as intense.

So we're going to start off this week where we left off last week with the opposition between the Sun and Pluto that is exact on Sunday, July 26th, at exactly 11:55 p.m. Pacific Time, where the Sun will be at 4 degrees of Leo and 17 minutes, sitting exactly opposite to Pluto at the same degrees of Aquarius.

Big picture, we are going through these outer-planet transits that I've been talking to you about over the last couple of weeks. They're still active even though they are no longer in this moment at exactitude. So the Sun opposition to Pluto is engaging that, just like any transit that is happening to or from Pluto, Neptune, Uranus, and Jupiter at this time. Okay? Just put that in your little noodle basket—in other words, your brain.

But let's just focus on the Sun opposition to Pluto. This is a confronting transit. It is a transit where power struggles tend to come up. You may find yourself motivated to try to manipulate people or situations, or you may be a goddamn angel who would never manipulate anything or anyone, and it might be happening to you. You could also just be a normal, regular person who makes mistakes, and it could be happening to you.

What I'm saying is, in an opposition between the Sun and Pluto, someone plays the role of Pluto; someone plays the role of the Sun. There is a struggle between feeling like, "Okay. I want to show up, be authentic, be myself," and, "No, you, quote unquote, should be this way; you shouldn't be that way." There may be resentments, impulse towards being punishing, obsession, fixation, and the tension between those two things creates a lot of energy.

Now, that energy is powerful, and that energy can be intensely destructive. It can just as easily—maybe not just as easily, but it can also be creative and healing. Energy is energy. The intention and the authenticity with which we meet the moment has a lot to do with how we engage with the moment, what we make of it.

When you're confronted with Pluto, you're confronted with your survival mechanisms. So it may be like your fear of safety in a situation or a dynamic, but it may not be that literal. It may be more that something activates your survival mechanisms, even though it doesn't threaten your survival. This is the difference between a trigger and a trauma.

Triggers are very important, and they're very valid. And also, they are not inherently harming you, even though it triggers something inside of you that screams, "I'm in jeopardy; I am in peril." Right? Being able to navigate the difference between being triggered and being actively traumatized is really important because these two things take different remediation. They implicate you and your coping mechanisms equally but differently.

And when it comes to any two planets in opposition to each other by transit, we know that there's going to be some sort of relational dynamic—so me and you, us and them. And because of that, it can get pretty fucking messy pretty fucking quick. So what do you do? You pick your battles wisely.

You may get triggered in such a way that you want to battle with someone else. Somebody is activating you. Somebody is agitating you. Somebody is triggering you. Or somebody is coming for you in some way. You are responsible for your assessment of how to navigate it. Is the confrontation you need to have with yourself, or is it with them?

Sometimes the best way to engage in a battle is to get in there and say or do something. Sometimes the best thing you can do is recognize when a conversation or a confrontation is not in good faith. I have a rule. Don't process with people you don't trust. There's no value in it. There's nothing you're going to get out of it. Processing with people you don't trust means you are not only going in in poor faith because you don't trust them, but also, you have the expectation that they are not trustworthy, so what's the point? What is the point?

Asking yourself what is the point—and I don't mean that in a rhetorical "gotcha" moment. I mean, literally, what is the point? What is your motivation? If you can't answer the question of what is your motivation, then you're going to really struggle. Now, I know that a lot of people feel like it is important for me to do my part and say my piece because justice is important. So, if that is how you feel, are your actions compatible with the cultivation of justice, or are you off-gassing? These are very uncomfortable questions to ask yourself during a Sun opposition to Pluto, but they're important ones. They're valuable ones.

This transit empowers you to get to the bottom of something. So maybe what you need to do is get to the bottom of a situation you're in with someone else or with a system. Maybe the thing that you're really feeling called to get to the bottom of is a dynamic with someone else, a relationship dynamic, maybe a problem you've been having at work, something like that.

And maybe the thing that you're really being called to get to the bottom of is, why are you so agitated? Why are you making the choices you're making? Why are you obsessing or fixating? When we get to the heart of the matter, the bottom—because Pluto is all about the depths of a thing, the thing at the very root of it all—when you start to understand that, you can experience authentic evolution and healing. And that's the power of Pluto.

Pluto is not chill. It is not neutral. Pluto is really just an activating force in astrology and through humanity. And because of that, what we are unlikely to experience is nothing much. I mean, some people aren't going to have their charts particularly hit by this. Maybe you will be a bystander to other people's power struggles but you don't engage. Fabulous. May you all have as chill a time as you desire.

But Pluto often demands—doesn't ask; it demands—that you answer the question, "What can I give up? What am I willing to give up? Otherwise, you run the risk of losing it. Pluto governs profound release and loss and abandonment issues. It is the planet that governs leaving and being left. It is really intense. And so, during the Sun opposition to Pluto, which—we're feeling the effects of it on the 25th, the 26th, and the 27th. In this transit, it's important to ask yourself the question, "What am I willing to let go of for the things that are important to me?"

When we apply this to social issues, you might really care about environmental issues or some social justice issue and not know what to do, feel like, "There's nothing I can do." But there's always something we can do. I mean, we can't be saviors and fix systems or worlds, but we can do something. Are you willing to let go of some convenience, some comfort? Are you capable of asking yourself what you're getting out of the coping mechanism that is active inside of you that isn't giving you what you want, that isn't making you happier or healthier or more effective in the world or within yourself?

It's hard. We don't go through challenging transits to or from Pluto and have it be easy. It's hard. So remember that you actually can do a difficult thing and that not everything has to be difficult in order for it to be meaningful and powerful. And also, when things are difficult, you can derive meaning from that difficulty if you seek it.

In the past few weeks, I've been getting this particular question a lot over on my Patreon, which—by the way, I feel like this is an important side note. I do not have a Substack. I do not fuck with Substack, period. But for some reason, people are constantly following me on Substack. The only thing my Substack says is, "I don't have a Substack."

But if you do want to follow me or learn with me or be a part of the community that I do support, it's over on Patreon. And that's where I've been noticing a bunch of people being like, "Okay, so you give this advice, but how do I do it? What do I do?" And I gotta say the answer is much more simple than you might be thinking. You acknowledge where you're starting from, and then you take the next best step—not the best step. The next best step.

I know we want a quick fix in life, don't we? We want to be able to say, "Well, this is a problem, and here's a solution." But the solution to our most substantial problems in ourselves as individuals, as well as with the systems in this world that are broken—the "fix," quote unquote, is a process. It's not a single answer. It's not a button you press or a pill you take. It's an approach. And so starting where you're at, cultivating acceptance for who you are at this moment, and then, from that place, determining what is the next best step—that's the fucking move.

So, back to this specific transit with the Sun opposite Pluto, you may find yourself feeling obsessed with someone who wronged you or just fixated on something about yourself that you don't like or just in classic Plutonian negative obsession rumination station. And your next best step may be to recognize that you're doing that—you're fixating on things that hurt—and practicing breathing and getting present and/or doing something simple that helps you to get present in your body, to allow yourself to have emotions, but try to bring your mind to a state of neutrality—so, in other words, not necessarily positivity, but not such destructive negativity. Easier said than done.

Sun opposite Pluto is meant to confront you with your survival mechanisms. So it's not supposed to be easy. It's not supposed to be chill. It's a confrontation. You will benefit by rising to it. Now, in the context of mundane astrology, which is to say the astrology of the world, Sun opposite Pluto has no chill. So can we expect unfortunate, violent developments in the world? Yes, we can. Yes, we can. Can we also expect major breakthroughs where people who've come together take their power back under the influence of this transit? Also, yes, we can.

I am recording this on Saturday the 25th, the first day of this transit's effects. And my news feed is flooded with reports about how India's cockroach youth movement, which was so inspiring, has led to the education minister's resignation. I mean, this is great news, and it's evidence of how sometimes the Sun opposition to Pluto marks a moment where you evolve. You heal. You have struggled, and now things come together.

In life, we often have to fight for what we believe in, what we care about, what's important to us in our personal lives, professionally, creatively, around the process of tending to the body and the mental health—on so many levels. Pluto can be scary, but it's not bad. It's part of healing and growth and destruction. And these things are part of any organism's life cycle. And we are, of course, organisms living out our life cycles.

Now, that brings us to Monday, the 27th. We're still feeling that Sun opposition to Pluto on that day, but now we have two other Solar transits that are exact on this day. The Sun will be exactly trine to Neptune at 4 degrees and 19 minutes—so the Sun in Leo, Neptune in Aries. That one is exact at 12:36 a.m. Pacific Time. And then, at 2:36 p.m. Pacific Time, we've got the Sun at 4 degrees and 52 minutes, forming an exact sextile to Uranus at the same degrees of Gemini. And this surprises no one because we have our outer planets clustered together, so it makes sense that our Sun in Leo is transiting these outer planets, right? Okay.

So Sun trine Neptune—glorious. Lovely. It brings empathy to the fore. This transit is excellent for collaborative work because what it supports you in doing is showing up in a whole way without needing to outcompete or outperform others to prove yourself. This transit really helps to put you in contact with empathy, generosity, humanity, and other really lovely qualities.

This transit can also be really good for you identifying your boundaries, which may be necessary in light of that Sun opposition to Pluto. Having healthy boundaries is self-stewardship. It's self-management. And with a Sun trine to Neptune, this can be done in an empathetic, gentle, and energetically clear-hearted way.

The Sun sextile to Uranus is innovative. It's dynamic. It empowers you to explore different ways of approaching things, different ways of showing up, of holding a thing. The overlap of the Sun opposition to Pluto with these two transits is delightful. It is delicious. Because Sun sextile Uranus is so open to trying new things, to working collaboratively, to exploring what's possible, not just what's probable, it further empowers you to meet the confrontation of that Sun/Pluto opposition because we're feeling these two transits on the 26th, the 27th, and the 28th.

These transits really encourage creativity, which empowers you to be curious about your coping mechanisms, to be adaptable in the presence of your fixations and obsessions and maybe even insecurities. The Sun is at the core of all three of these transits, and the Sun speaks to your identity, your sense of self. And it is an authentic and aligned planet, so it encourages you in becoming more authentic and aligned. Now, listen. That might sound great. Authentic and aligned sounds fabulous, right? And it is. And it is. But it is absolutely possible to identify with things that pull you away from alignment.

And the way that we most commonly do that is by trying to process everything through the mind. Listen. Your mind is very important. Your psychology is profoundly important. And also, when we use our minds to the exclusion of our hearts, we often end up on the wrong path. It's important to do emotional check-ins in general in life so that when you think about your identity and what is aligned for you, you are considering how it feels. You are considering the impact it has on the things you are emotionally invested in in your life and the world. This is not easy work, but it is the work nonetheless.

Now, speaking of the heart, let's talk about the big news of this week. On Wednesday, the 29th of July, we have not one but three exact transits, and the third of which is a Full Moon in Aquarius. Okay. So I'm just going to say really briefly when I'm looking at a chart of, let's say, a Full Moon or something that's happening that I'm applying to mundane conditions, to collective conditions, I'm using a different orb than I'm using for regular transits day by day, okay? And this is a little confusing to a lot of people. It's something we talk about over on my Patreon a lot.

And by the way, if you have questions for me about something I say in an episode, whether it's this horoscope or it's one of the readings that I offer on the podcast, the way to engage with me about that is on Patreon. Again, you can join me for free, or you can join on a paid tier. But that is where I have organized a space that is streamlined where I can unpack things that folks want to learn and that are important.

So, anyways, this question about orbs has come up. If you want to learn more about orbs with me, again, I've got posts over on my Patreon about that. But let me just say, in the context of the Full Moon, we are going to include all of the transits that you've just heard me speak about, as well as the two other transits that are exact today. So let me tell you about these other transits; then we'll pull up the Full Moon chart and unpack the big-picture Full Moon.

Okay. So Venus is exactly square to Mars. This is with Venus at 21 degrees of Virgo and 14 minutes forming an exact square to Mars at the same degrees of Gemini. It's exact at 12:10 a.m. Later on in this morning time, at 6:18 a.m. Pacific Time, we've got the Sun at 6 degrees and 25 minutes of Leo sitting exactly on top of Jupiter. This is going to play very intensely—both of these transits, but especially the Sun conjunction to Jupiter—because, of course, a Full Moon is a Sun/Moon opposition. We'll get to that in a second.

But first, Venus square Mars—lovely transit. I know it's a square, but don't be scared. A square between Venus and Mars gives you chemistry. It gives you engagement and excitement. And so this transit can be really good for flirting with people, getting connected to people, like making friends, meeting people in general, whether it's romantic or not. This is also a great time for furthering projects that are either creative, financial, or related to your values system. And hey, extra points if it's all three.

Venus square to Mars is just a motivating transit. And it motivates you around your relationships to others, your relationships to your values, and to considering your finances or dealing with your finances, especially if you're actively engaged in those things.

Now, Sun conjunction to Jupiter is another ball of wax. This transit is really important. What it does is it expands. So, if you are feeling shitty, it expands that. If you are feeling inspired—again, expands. This transit can be associated with luck, especially if you go to the overly positive astrology side of the internet, which is, I think, a pretty big side of the internet. But I don't really see it as a lucky transit.

What it does is it better aligns you with possibility, with a willingness to experience things, to take chances on what feels good, on what you want. Sun conjunction to Jupiter is not great if you're dealing with addiction issues, if you have a tendency to overdo things that aren't good for you, that are maybe even destructive or harmful to you.

Now, we want to keep in mind Sun opposite Pluto—no longer active. However, it's activated compulsions. So Jupiter is about expansion. It's about more, more, more. It's about gambling, whereas Pluto is compulsive and driving. And so it's very different planetary energies and psychological energies around what can be too much. But having both of these planets influence the Sun so directly this week can really intensify addictive tendencies and the psychodynamic roots to your compulsions.

So, again, if you're on a healing path, this is great news because it will put you in active contact with your compulsions, with the core issues underpinning the behaviors that you may return to ritualistically that don't actually make you happier or make your life better. So, wonderful, right? It's great for healing. The problem is exactly what I just said. The problem is to be in contact with those things means being activated. And when we get activated, we as humans tend to fall back on our old, often outdated, ineffective, or even harmful coping mechanisms.

It takes will. And luckily, the Sun is the planet that governs will. So what is will? Will, according to Merriam-Webster when I looked it up on my phone, is used to express desire, choice, willingness, consent, or, in a negative construction, refusal—will.

So I want to really bring your attention this week to your will. What are you using your will to do or not do? How are you tapped into your agency? I talk about agency on the podcast and in my work a lot because your agency is really important. So many times, people turn to astrology in a way that is kind of superstitious and an abandonment of one's will and agency. So, when you think about life as something that happens to you or astrology that dictates everything, then in a way, you're absolving yourself of responsibility, accountability.

And I always want to bring you back to your agency and your will. Your birth chart details are your default setting, but just like with any device, you have your default setting, but you can upload new programs. You can choose to not use certain parts of your default settings. In other words, you have a choice in how you use the device. You don't only have to use it in the default setting.

And so, when we go through a transit like the Sun conjunction to Jupiter, what it does is it accentuates and expands and makes bigger that which is—your will, your identity and your sense of self. And if you're in an uncomfortable or unhealthy relationship with your identity or your sense of self, it gets bigger. Those feelings get bigger.

You may, depending on your nature and how this particular transit hits your chart, engage in any number of ways with the possibility that you are experiencing. But I think it is poor astrology to say it is inherently easy, lovely, lollipops, rainbows. It's not. It's just not. But you have the capacity to grow and expand and experience yourself in ways that make you feel more optimistic, more lucky, because essentially, they're more in alignment with what is authentic for you.

Now, this Sun conjunction to Jupiter is key to the Full Moon chart. So let's dive into it. Okay. So the Moon and Sun will be exactly opposite to each other, giving us our precise Full Moon at 7:36 a.m. Pacific Time. This Full Moon is fucking intense, okay? No better introduction can be made than the one I just gave you. It is so very intense.

If you are looking along at the video version of this episode, which—wherever video podcasts are supported, you can watch the video version of this. You can also go to the free page on my Patreon, or you can go to my YouTube page and see the video version. Hot tip—if you go over there, those episodes are ad-free, just in case you care.

Okay. So this fucking Full Moon. Full Moons are when emotions come to the surface. The reason why they tend to be very evidential and very chaotic and very emotional and very much is because we end up in life pushing our emotions down a lot in order to just get along, to survive. It's what humans do, unfortunately.

And so, once a month, the Moon is full, and everything comes up and requires engagement.  So, depending on who you are, where you are, what you're dealing with, that might be a lot more intense than for somebody else.

For this Full Moon, the Sun and Jupiter are locked in. They're conjunct. They're five minutes off of exactitude when the Moon is exactly full. So we're going to call that shit a tight conjunction. That means that Jupiter and the Sun are opposite the Moon. Sounds good, right? Well, it is good until you notice that the Moon and Pluto are conjunct. They are a few degrees off of each other—I mean 2 degrees off of each other. So they're not in exactitude, but man, that's a close conjunction.

And all four of these planets are forming a square to Chiron at 0 degrees and 51 minutes, so almost 1 degree, of Taurus. This is a lot of fixed-sign energy. This is a lot of energy, period. Big emotions, big reactions, are likely to be activated during this Full Moon, and it is likely to provoke a healing crisis. What's a healing crisis? Could be just a fucking crisis. It could be a crisis in confidence. It might be a huge fight with somebody you love. It might be something happens that feels really bad and really has you wrestling with core insecurities and survival mechanisms and your impulses around dealing with them.

The big picture here is that the Sun conjunction to Jupiter, as I said, is expansive. It expands how you feel, how you're identified, where you're at. And it's sitting opposite to a Moon/Pluto conjunction, which is a really hard transit. It activates your pettiness. It activates your resentments. It activates your deepest insecurities. It activates your most powerful impulses around survival and around healing. Pluto is healing and destroying.

When the Moon and Pluto meet, things feel intense. You are likely to be very easily triggered. You are more likely to be in a compulsive, emotional state. Because of the Sun opposition, we know that you're more likely to take shit personally. And maybe things are personal to you. But there is a way, when Pluto and the Moon are so close to each other, that we don't just take things personally; it becomes like a vendetta. It becomes something that rattles you emotionally so much that you stop engaging with it from your wisest parts and start engaging with it from your most defensive, reactive parts. That's the risk with a Moon/Pluto conjunction.

So it's opposite the Sun, but it's also opposite Jupiter. Jupiter is all about big reactions. A Moon opposition to Jupiter is lovely, actually. It's a great transit. It can make you feel really resilient and really open to healing. But Jupiter opposite Pluto, and certainly Moon/Pluto, is more likely to have you feeling entitled, reactive, defensive, to inspire you to proselytize, to overidentify with people and situations that affirm your existing beliefs instead of being willing to sit with the discomfort of what you don't know, to sit with the discomfort of people's different beliefs from you. Jupiter is related to beliefs.

And then all four of these powerhouse planets point to Chiron, which is the part of you that is wounded, deals with poor self-worth or insecurity issues. As I said, actually, in last week's episode, Chiron is the wound that doesn't heal. However, one may always evolve and heal your relationship to that wound. This Full Moon is an opportunity to do that—wonderful. Who wants that kind of opportunity? I mean, we all want to have gone through the trial, but none of us want to go through the trial, right? We want it to be done, and we want to be on the other side. We don't want to go through it.

This Full Moon is going to have you going through it. So what do you do? If you're in therapy, yay. You know what I mean? If you have therapy on or around this Full Moon, fabulous. If you can do something where you are taking accountability for your patterns, gorgeous. If you can be actively engaged in recovery work, whether that's around sobriety or that's around recovery from trauma or recovery from an ankle injury or whatever it is, being actively engaged in recovery work where you take accountability for how you show up and what you do, not blaming yourself or others—that's glorious. It's such a good use of this energy.

This Full Moon is powerful. And we are not in Eclipse Season. This is not an Eclipse, but it kicks off Eclipse Season. The Full Moon is over; now we're in Eclipse Season. Hah. Didn't see that coming, huh? Maybe you did. Maybe you knew. Maybe you knew. We're about to be in Eclipse Season. This is a pretty heavy send-off. I'll tell you that.

The potential here is for meaningful healing. It's a terrible time for consciousness-raising drugs. It's a terrible time for seeking shortcuts. It's a terrible time for trying to keep things surface. It's a terrible time for trying to keep things chill. It's an excellent time for healing. It's an excellent time for good-faith healing confrontation with the self, with others. It's a good time for reform work. That can be applied to your personal self, projects, your relationship to social movements.

This Full Moon may trigger developments that we don't like in the surveillance state or within the development of technology. Now, because of Jupiter's involvement, theoretically, we could have legislative advancements that protect the environment or humanity—or not. That's the risk. We definitely want to pay attention to news about technology and science and how technology is used in the act of warfare and surveillance. And this is because of Pluto and Jupiter and Chiron specifically, but additionally because the Moon is full in Aquarius sitting right on top of Pluto. I mean, the risks are big. Pluto and Jupiter are the two planets, more than any other planets in the zodiac, that go big.

So, whether things come to the surface that have already been happening but they're now finally coming to light, whether through the process of excavation you figure something out, you work hard to bring something to greater consciousness or into the light, as it were, or you are confronted by some sort of revelation or realization that you were not necessarily banking on—whatever it is that happens, it's important that you use your agency, your will, to meet the moment.

You might not know what to do. You might not know how to react or what comes next. Can you start from there? Can you start from there? Start from what's authentic, what's really happening, who you are, when you are. Who you are when you are is a really important frame or reframe for you to consider because who you are is the same person that you were when you were five years old and that you will be in the next five years or 50 years. Who you are when you are is a very different thing. Who you were when you were five years old, who you were five years ago, who you are now, may have evolved.

So who you are when you are can be a reframe that supports you in being present and meeting the moment instead of overidentifying with each individual moment. If you are actively trying to evolve and grow and live an authentic life, if you are actively engaging in using your agency, making choices, you are going to make progress and have setbacks. You are going to ebb and flow in all corners of your consciousness, of your relationship to spirit and body and self, and in the world and in your life. That's just being a person. It's not just you. It's being a person.

We ebb and we flow like the Moon. And so each moment is important. And if you can give yourself space to be who you are when you are, then you won't be wasting so much energy on resistance and judgment—so Plutonian. You know what I mean? The resistance to who you are, the resistance to how you are when you are—it wastes your time. It wastes your precious and limited energy.

When I encourage you to cultivate self-acceptance this Full Moon and in general, I am not encouraging you to give yourself carte blanche to do whatever the fuck you want and be damned the consequences. I'm encouraging you to meet yourself in this moment without judgment but instead with accountability. And your accountability to yourself can be the tool most needed for healing, for engaging with things that are hard, for figuring out something that doesn't have an answer because a lot of things don't have an answer.

And if you are struggling with questions that don't have an answer, how you meet that moment is what defines you. So this Full Moon is going to really challenge us to meet a moment that is not stable, that is confronting and chaotic and changing in big ways and quickly. That's challenging. But can you meet the moment? Can you show up for it?

Now, the other thing I should tell you about this chart is that Mercury and Saturn are square. They are not exactly square, but they're getting there. They're square. And so this puts you in a little bit of a negative frame of mind, a scarcity-based frame of mind. That is not helping matters, but luckily, we have these other Solar transits that I talked about earlier in the week active inside of this chart.

That Mercury square to Saturn can help ground some of that Jupiter opposition to the Moon and Pluto/Jupiter conjunction the Sun energy into being more pragmatic and realistic. It can also have you in a scarcity mindset that is depressed or depressing and kind of egg you on to act from that place, from a place of, "If I don't do this now, I'll never get to do it," which, honestly—that might be true for you in your situation. I don't know. But you always want to ask questions. You always want to explore possibility. Jupiter teaches us that. And Jupiter is a big part of our Full Moon chart.

Now, the last thing I want to say about this chart is that because of Pluto's placement—it's sitting on top of the Moon. It's opposite the Sun. It's opposite Jupiter. It's square fucking Chiron. We can expect power struggles. That is intimidating. I don't want to go through power struggles. Do you? We may see people or systems with power abuse power. Wouldn't be the first time today, right? We may see this in a major way.

On a much more personal level, you may find that you have a choice about whether or not to pull in a tug-of-war because here's the thing. If I want to be in a tug-of-war with you but you won't pick up the rope or you won't give me any resistance when I pull the rope, then we're not really in a power struggle. I'm just fighting with a limp rope.

It is important for you to recognize your agency within power struggles. When we are engaged in Plutonian energies—in other words, power struggles—it often feels like we don't have a choice. It feels like there's only one choice, or there's one of two choices. And whenever you're in that kind of binary Plutonian thinking of either/or, all or nothing, you know that you're really activated. And so, if you can, take a breath. Take a beat. And explore other options. You might fall back on your first instinct, but there's no harm in exploring other possibilities other than your first thought or your first impulse.

Because of the energy of this Full Moon, it's hard to parse through what's emotionally most authentic, most true. You are likely to feel overwhelmed. We may see world events that are, again, at a crisis point, deeply chaotic, and threatening. That's scary. How do you deal with that? This Full Moon is an opportunity to engage with your coping mechanisms consciously, to remember that you have agency even when it doesn't always feel like it.

Making a choice to not engage, to throw in the towel, to get defensive, to blame things on everyone else, is your choice. Making the choice to let other people handle it, washing your hands of a situation, is a choice. Making the choice to hide under the covers is also a choice. All choices have consequences. None of us are absolved of our responsibilities, our accountability to the people in our lives, to ourselves, and to the world at-large.

This Full Moon is a great time to explore the parts of yourself that are hard to explore. It's a great time to acknowledge where you don't have the answer and you really want to look outside of yourself for answers, but you need to figure out how to hang out in the uncertainty. In other words, get to know yourself. Be accountable to yourself.

Before Uranus was discovered, the zodiac sign of Aquarius was governed by Saturn. That makes sense because there is an element of Aquarius that is—we can understand how it is quite Saturnine. It is so much about personal accountability.

I want to invite you to be accountable to yourself, to the people and things that you care about. And I'm not saying be a savior. I'm not saying be Mr. Fix-it. I'm saying accountable. Show up. Show up. A lot easier said than done. Again, it's a practice. It's not a destination. Just practice it. And if, as you practice, you find you are very bad at it, then join the damn club. Most of us are. Practice is not what we do when we're in a state of mastery. Practice is what we do while we're figuring it out. Give yourself and others space and grace to struggle to figure shit out.

And that, my friends, is your forecast for this week in the stars. Let me give you a quick TL;DR, and then we'll run through the transits really briefly. The week starts with power struggles and opportunities for healing, empathy, and change. Your assignment is to meet the moment by exploring possibility and stepping into the healing crisis of the Full Moon as empowered as you can.

So I promised you I would run through the transits. It's pretty straightforward this week. On the 26th, the Sun is opposite to Pluto. On the 27th, the Sun is trine Neptune and sextile Uranus. On the 29th, Venus forms a square to Mars, the Sun and Jupiter meet for a conjunction, and we have a very intense Full Moon in Aquarius.

I hope that's enough for you. I hope that helps you. I hope you help yourself and then, if you can, help someone else. And as always, I will talk to you in just a couple of days.
