It’s ok to take your time, Aries. Your flight or fight impulses are likely to be triggered this week, which is hard but useful to pay attention to. When you feel upset, it's an excellent time to pause and breathe; notice how you experience fear in your body. Notice your instinct to give up, or to fight whatever person or thing is threatening you. Get present with your reactions so that you can channel them through your better judgment, and see if they emerge improved.
April 20-May 20
Life can be paradoxical sometimes. There are times when the best way to hold on is to let go, when the greatest form of caring is taking a step back. Be wise enough to determine what kind of participation truly serves your relationships or situation, and then be brave enough to act from that place. Stand in your truth, Taurus. If you prioritize fighting to prove yourself or make a point, you will only succeed in reinforcing the very things you most want to evade.
May 21-June 21
This week, your challenge — should you accept it — is to develop greater control over where you allow your thoughts to linger. As tempted as you may be to work a thought over and over in your head, it’s not likely to be productive for you. When you have better boundaries with yourself, you'll gain greater flexibility and power as your life becomes more manageable from the inside out. When you’re overwhelmed or stressed, it’s tempting to lash out or to act out of impulse, but this week that isn’t wise. If you’re going to take a stand, it’s important to mean what you say and say what you mean. If you need to make a change, strive to do it with the power of your convictions spurring you on — instead of allowing yourself to cut off your sweet nose to spite your beautiful face. The truth is more important than the answer. This week you may find yourself putting the cart before the horse, or otherwise unintentionally creating complications, in efforts to get to the finish line. The accumulative impact of fear and worry isn’t greater clarity or awareness — it’s quite the opposite. It’s time to take a pause, get still and grounded, and assess what you’re feeling and why. Letting go is hard. It’s emotional, it can be final, and it brings with it the fear of the unknown. Find ways of affirming the positive in your life and the world around you this week.
