Emotions come to the surface, demanding to be dealt with, and because this is a Moon in Scorpio, it’s likely to have a bit of a compulsive edge to it. This is a powerful time to look at where you’re holding onto grudges, resentments, or self-harming narratives, and see if you can attempt to let them go. Part of being emotionally healthy requires having clear and embodied boundaries. Look at where those boundaries are lacking in your life, and have compassion for yourself. Look at the ways in which others have acted in hurtful ways, not because they’re awful or mean but because they too didn’t have healthy emotional self-awareness. Strive to move beyond blame and into resolution. You may need to accept that something – or someone – is not reliable or is not who you want them to be. You may need to accept a part of your past that you wish were different. Do it, lovers. Acceptance is not consent, and it’s not defeat; it’s awareness.

Gift yourself and the people around you with acceptance of this present moment.
