What is the cost and how can I pay for my reading?

Check and credit cards payments are accepted for all readings.There is an additional $5 service fee for paying by credit card. All phone readings and first time appointments must be paid for in advance by Check or Paypal. 

For appointments scheduled to occur on or after March 1, 2013:
   Individual reading is $250/hour ($255/hr by Paypal/Credit Card)
   Couple's readings are $320/hour ($325/hr by Paypal/Credit Card)

If you are scheduled for a session scheduled to occur before
March 1, 2013:
   The rate for your reading remains fixed as the same as when you
   scheduled it. Please contact Jessica directly with any
   questions.

 

What if I need to cancel my reading? 

There is a 24 hour cancellation policy:

When you cancel 24 hours in advance or more there is no fee
for the reading. If you cancel an appointment less than 24hrs
in advance or do not show up for your appointment you will be
charged the full fee for your scheduled reading. 


Is there a wait list for last minute openings? 

Last minute openings are offered to returning clients only.


How does a phone reading work, and what is the
difference between in person and phone readings?

For a phone or Skype reading you call/contact Jessica Lanyadoo
at your scheduled appointment time, and then the magic begins!
The only differences between a phone and in person consultation
is that you don’t get to make eye contact. In terms of accuracy
the readings in person and by phone are equal.

Both kinds of sessions are scheduled during regular business 
hours, Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday 10.30 am - 6.30 pm PST.

 

What do you need from me before the session?

You to provide your birth data in advance of your reading. 

This includes your full birth date, exact time of birth as well
as your city and state of birth.
(i.e. Jenny Jones January 1, 1969 1:03am New York City, NY)

 

How should I prepare for the session?

Come with an open and discerning mind! Some people like to
write out questions or topics in advance to talk about,
but it is not necessary.

 

What are your hours of availability?

Jessica Lanyadoo is available Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday 10.30 am -
6.30 pm PST(the last one hour session of the day begins at 5.30pm ).
If you call or email on the weekend, please be patient and she
will get back to you on Monday.

 

Do you ever work on weekends?

No, she does not do readings on the weekends.

Classes and events can be arranged during weekends.

 

Gift certificates are always available upon request.
